  • Description: Curry Construction was contracted to upgrade Effingham’s water treatment plant to meet current Illinois Environmental Protection Agency standards. This project included the addition of a one-million-gallon clearwell tank and enhancements to various chemical feed systems. These updates marked the first significant improvements to the facility since its original construction over 20 years ago, helping the city achieve compliance and increase the plant’s efficiency and reliability.
