It\u2019s also <strong>National Traffic Awareness Month<\/strong>, a reminder to stay vigilant on and off the road\u2014especially important for construction crews working near live traffic and operating heavy equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-accent-3-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-accent-3-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-accent-1-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-268c4a1978efa4a2497c55912e19d9f3\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><em>Heat Safety on the Jobsite:<\/em><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-accent-3-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-accent-3-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Working outdoors in high temperatures can lead to heat exhaustion or even heat stroke if precautions aren\u2019t taken. Follow these tips:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Hydrate regularly<\/strong> \u2013 drink water throughout the day, even if you\u2019re not thirsty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Take scheduled breaks<\/strong> in shaded or air-conditioned areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing<\/strong> and use cooling towels if available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Know the <strong>signs of heat-related
