Here&#8217;s a look at what went down\u2014and what\u2019s coming next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-accent-3-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-accent-3-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-accent-1-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-fc2cf7a60e855e00ea805a5139af2cdc\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><em>Paid Day Off (PDO) Card Policy Review<\/em><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-accent-3-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-accent-3-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">At the July meeting, employees were reminded of Curry Construction\u2019s <strong>Paid Day Off (PDO) Card<\/strong> policy. This one-time-use card provides flexibility for employees facing unexpected absences\u2014even without available PTO. Approved uses include illness, personal emergencies, or avoiding an attendance violation for a same-day call-in. Just remember: the PDO card must be submitted the <em>same day<\/em> as the absence (exceptions apply for emergencies). Misuse may affect eligibility.
